Returns & Exchanges – Australia & New Zealand

We understand that buying clothing online can be tricky, especially if you’re unfamiliar with our fits and styles. If a style doesn’t suit, you’re welcome to return it for an exchange or store credit.

Important Notes:

Return Conditions:

  • Contact us via the form above or at returns@frockk.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Return the item within 14 days of receiving it.

We offer store credits and exchanges

  • As a rule, we don’t offer refunds, but we’re always happy to look at a refund for first-time customers — please let us know in the return form if this is your preference

  • Please check the product information on the website -and compare measurements against other garments you have -this will always be the best indicator of fit -and can save time and avoid the returns process

  • If you're using Afterpay or Zip, we can only issue store credit.

Size swap

  • If you are needing to just swap the size, or colour please pop a note in with your return and we can send it out . If we don't have in stock, a store credit will be given. As we carry small amount of sizes, we suggest you buy the correct size on line, and we can refund your return when it comes back

Faulty Item/Our Mistake

  • we will refund, swap or exchange item -and send you a paid label for the return -please reach out to us
  • faults must be picked up within 2 weeks
  • fabric issues - linen is a natural fibre, and is very strong and hard wearing. We encourage you to choose styles and sizes that aren't fitting and tight- as it will wear down after time. We are not able to replace or refund items that show stress on seams or areas of weakness
  • cotton knits can pull easily-so please be careful with jewellery . We check all our knits throughly before sending, and will not accept back items with pulls

Sale Items

  • final sale items can not be returned
  • flash sale or promotional offers can be returned for an exchange or store credit

International Orders

  • Refunds are not given for any international orders ( unless faulty). Exchanges /swaps are accepted, with store credits given one item has been returned

Items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Neatly folded
  • With tags and original packaging intact

Items returned with marks or stains will be sent back to you.

If they are also not sent back in a tidy respectful manner we will return to you as well ( with photo evidence!) You would be surprised how we have received returns

If you return an item without contacting us, we won’t be able to process it.

You do not need to wait for a reply after submitting the return form.

Return Shipping:

  • Return postage is your responsibility.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping the tracking number.
  • We are based in Perth, so we suggest using Express Post to speed things up.
  • If you’re having trouble meeting the return timeframe, email us at returns@frockk.com.au — we’ll do our best to help.
