We process and post orders daily from Perth using Australia Post 

• We have set EXPRESS POST as a default -This rate is $16 for orders under $300, and applies to any size order
• orders over $300 are sent express post for free
• Your order will get to you quickly-usually within 3 -5 business days (Country areas can be a little longer )
• If you are in no hurry, we can send by Standard Post -This rate is $12 .Postage can take 5- 10 business days. Please contact us on the website chat and we can set up this option if you'd prefer this
• We check and steam each item, and wrap with love and care -getting in the post to you within 24 hours..
• If there is any issue with an unavailability we will always email you 
• An email with the order tracking will be sent to your nominated email address once the order is dispatched, so please always check your email address is correct -and your postal address/postcode is too !
• Emails can sometimes go into junk folders so please check there if you are concerned
• Using the AUS POST ap is a good way to track your orders too

For larger orders of 3 plus items in Australia, we will add a SIGNATURE REQUIRED ON DELIVERY to ensure parcels don't go missing.

If you prefer not to have a signature on delivery set up -please make a note in your cart that says its SAFE TO LEAVE

We understand that many woman work full time, and it can be tricky having to collect from a post office .

We charge a flat $25 for Express Shipping to New Zealand for orders under $300..what ever the size

We use EMS which will then be NZ POST-the government postal service

(it's usually 4-7 business days )

Orders over $300 are FREE -and are sent Express Post

*Please note that NZ customs will flag orders over a certain value -and will contact you with any duties payable .

We do send internationally to most countries including Asia United Kingdom, Europe, Canada

..we only use express shipping vis EMS

Most Shipping rates are already set up -so you will see these at checkout . If your country doesn't come up -please contact us

*We are NOT sending to the US at the moment due to complications with tarrifs etc

We do offer Free Express shipping for over a certain amount too

CUSTOMS/DUTIES -please be aware of your own countries customs/duties that may be applicable to orders over a certain value . These taxes if payable are not included in the shipping or product cost

From to time we offer free express shipping promotions. This is based on a minimum order of $50 - and is only applicable for deliveries in Australia.
