We process and post orders daily from Perth using Australia Post EXPRESS  so that they arrive to you as soon as possible- usually within 3 -5 business days . Country areas can be a little longer 

We check and steam each item, and wrap with love and care ..

We usually get the items out within 24 hours. If there is any issue with an unavailability we will always email you 

Orders placed Fri/sat/sun will generally go out on Monday -as the post office not open on the weekend

An email with the order tracking will be sent to your nominated email address once the order is dispatched 

Emails can sometimes go into junk folders so please check there if you are concerned

We charge a flat $15 for Australia wide EXPRESS shipping for orders under $300

Orders over $300 are free 

We do send internationally to most countries including New Zealand, United Kingdom, Europe, Canada

..we only use express shipping vis EMS

We are NOT sending to the US at the moment due to complications with tarrifs etc that make it tricky for a small business

Shipping rates are already set up -so you will see these at checkout .

We do offer Free shipping for over a certain amount too

CUSTOMS -please be aware of your own countries customs/duties that may be applicable to orders over a certain value

For larger orders of 3 plus items in australia, we will add a SIGNATURE REQUIRED ON DELIVERY to ensure parcels don't go missing.

If you prefer not to have a signature on delivery set up -please make a note in your cart that says its SAFE TO LEAVE

We understand that many woman work full time, and it can be tricky having to collect from a post office .

From to time we offer free express shipping promotions. This is based on a minimum order of $50 - and is only applicable for deliveries in Australia.
