we are constantly topping up many of our styles/sizes . on the product page there is a "notify me when in "button on out of stock sizes . if you click the size you want, you will be notified when its back ..

We can also see what customers are wanting -so it really helps us too

We have a chat on the website that is answered by real ladies-NO BOTS ..this is the easiest and quickest way to get a response. We do look at them on weekends and at night too

(we dont have a phone number -as we are often busy with customers -use the chat )

For first time purchasers we can look at refunds

But generally we offer store credits and exchanges

We have a 14 day return window -and ask that you fill out the form on the website to let us know if you are returning .

Items must be unworn , with tags, and in original condition. And sent back nicely please !

This is important as if we can tell its been worn we will not be able to accept it

We only use express postage as we are in Perth -and usually takes 3-5 business days within Australia.

International can be up to 2 weeks -we also use EMS express

We prewash and put ALL our liinen garments in a hot dryer -so you will recieve a garment that doesnt shrink

We recommend following the care label instructions on each garment.

Linen is fine in the machine -on a warm wash . Line dry in shade. a short burst in a dryer is no problem either if you want to soften it a little

Cotton knits -warm hand wash, gentle machine -then lay flat to dry, or fold on line and hang

Cashmere -warm hand wash, dryclean, or spot wash as needed ! the less washing the better

Cotton -warm hand wash, gentle machine wash . Dry on line -probably no dryer to be safe!
