We ship Australia-wide daily from Perth using Australia Post Express — so your order arrives quickly, usually within 3 business days (a little longer for rural areas).

Every piece is checked, steamed, and lovingly wrapped before dispatch — most orders leave within 24 hours. You’ll receive a tracking email once your order is on the way.

For larger orders (3+ items), we include signature on delivery for peace of mind. If you prefer your parcel to be left without a signature, just add a note at checkout.

We offer store credits with no expiry for returns, and are always happy to assist with size swaps or style changes.

We are flexible with first time frockk buyers and can offer a refund if a size or style swap is not desired
