We ship Australia-wide (and world side) daily from Perth using Australia Post — we only use EXPRESS so your order arrives quickly.

Every piece is checked, steamed, and lovingly wrapped before dispatch — most orders leave within 24 hours. You’ll receive a tracking email once your order is on the way.

NB-For larger orders (3+ items), we include signature on delivery for peace of mind. If you prefer your parcel to be left without a signature, just add a note at checkout.

We offer store credits with no expiry for returns, and are always happy to assist with size swaps or style changes.

We are flexible with first time frockk buyers and can offer a refund if a size or style swap is not desired

Frockk sizing is based on traditional Australian sizing as follows:

• xx-small - which would fit a size 6
• x-small-which would fit a size 8
• small - which would fit a size 10
• medium - which would fit a size 12
• large - which would fit a size 14
• x-large-which would fit a size 16
• one size -please always check the descriptions and measurements 

Our measurements are taken of EACH garment itself. We lay the garment flat and measure by hand

The bust will always be measured armpit to armpit -(double for total)

We do it this way so you can easily check against clothes you have already to check the best size

Our size range is designed to cover most ladies. Please read the descriptions though as at times there will be looser or firmer cuts -and we will always suggest to size up or down as needed

 We aren’t able to offer a plus size range at the moment.
