why frockk ?

I would love to share with you some of the things that make frockk just that little bit unique

  • All clothing is made in Bali -by small teams of workers that are usually at their homes. We do not own a factory-and never will . It makes more work for my bali team-but we like it this way! fabric and clothes are moved on motorbikes
  • We source only sustainably produced european flax linen and cotton of the best quality-and hand dye and screen print everything ourselves.
  • We wash and preshrink ALL our linen . Yes, -it goes into a hot dryer .So we know it will never shrink for you 
  • We are all women ! a small team in bali of 4 who have been with me for 12 years plus, and another 4 here in Perth who run the wholesale, online and retail side .We are all frockk obsessed -love what we do ,and do not work normal hours .
  • Our online orders are all packed from my home here in Perth . All items are gathered on a daily basis from the store, brought here, steamed -then packed and then driven to the post office ...no warehouse, no massive distribution .
  • We only make our clothes in small runs -This is mainly to make sure we always carry what we need, without "dead stock " and shelves of unwanted sizes. It can mean we run out of sizes quite quickly -BUT our system is so GOOD  we can get fabric dyed, printed and made up very quickly .We have the ability to add more colours /sizes if we see something is selling well, or if our in store ladies have any suggestions
  • New styles are added all the time -because of the above . Well into each season we can look at what our ladies are most interested in -and make it happen ... more sizes, extended size ranges, more colours
  • I love colour -and am obsessed with the right colour/tone all the time. I will never have a colour in store that women cant wear. I think about hair colour, skin colour, lifestyle . Just because its a trending colour- it doesn't mean it looks good in linen for our age group.
  • I am based in Perth now, but lived in bali for 7 years. I go back every 4-5 weeks and work solidly on the proofing of colours, sourcing only the best premium linen and cotton. The fit and feel of a style when worn is so important nothing ever goes into production unless I am 100% happy with the colour, and the fit, and the fabric . One thing is out-it doesnt get sent
  • Customer service is 7 days a week -often at night ! 2 of us work through customer emails  throughout the day responding asap
